1. How do I sign up for Monet TV?
Register for an account at http://www.eti.com.sg/MonetTV/subscribe.jsp.
2. Do I have to pay for airtime?
No. GPRS charges are based on actual data traffic sent & received, not based on connection time.
3. Are data charges applicable?
Yes, the operator will impose data charges based on the actual data received and sent. The actual amount varies according to your GPRS subscription plan.
4. What handphone support Monet TV?
Only symbian OS v7.0 and UIQ handphones support Monet TV.
5. How long will it take for the software to be downloaded?
Usually it takes 1 to 2 minutes, depending on GPRS network speeds.
6. How do I configure Monet TV settings for my handphone?
Monet TV does not require any additional settings if your phone is correctly configured for GPRS. Please check with your operator if you have problems with GPRS configuration.
7. How is the picture quality for outdoor and indoor reception?
Monet TV is accessible where GPRS is available. GPRS is available islandwide within Singapore. Please check with your operator on GPRS coverage issues.
8. Can I use Monet TV overseas?
Monet TV is accessible where GPRS is available. If your operator does allow you to roam GPRS internationally, you can use Monet TV overseas. Please check with your operator on GPRS availability overseas.
9. Will any of my current Services be affected if I am with Monet TV?
No.
10. If I already have a 3G handset, can I use that for Monet TV?
Monet TV currently supports Symbian phones which are available in 2.5G and 3G.
11. Do I need to be a 3G subscriber to the service?
No. Monet TV only requires GPRS subscription.
12. Who do I contact if I encounter any problems or have enquires on the service?
You may send an email to support@eti.com.sg with your name, contact no, question and a detail description of problem. For GPRS related issues, please contact your operator's customer service directly.
13. Will I be notified if the contents storage on my mobile is full?
Monet TV is streaming content so there will not be files downloaded into your mobile phone.
14. What is the minimum phone memory required for Monet TV?
You should have at least 1MB free space to use Monet TV.
15. How long will each clip be available for viewing?
The clips are usually refreshed daily, Mon to Fri.
16. Can the files be shared among other user who is not subscribing to the services?
Users who are not subscribers of Monet TV will not be able to view the files.
17. When will I receive my monthly bill?
For users who are paying with Telemoney, Monet TV's subscription charge will appear in your credit card bill.
18. How do I unsubscribe?
Drop an email to support@eti.com.sg with your username and contact no. and we'll process your request asap.
19. I forgot my Telemoney TM number. What should I do?
For Singapore users, your 8-digit mobile no. is your Telemoney TM number. Your may also visit https://secure.telemoneyworld.com/saw/form_forget_TM_Number.jsp to retrieve your Telemoney TM no.
20. I forgot my TeleMoney PIN. What should I do?

How do I uninstall or remove Monet TV from my phone?

To uninstall or remove Monet TV from your phone, do the following:
1. Go to Menu->App.manager.
2. Scroll to Monet TV and select Options->Remove.
3. Press Yes to confirm the removal.

What should I do if I am unable to run Monet TV?

Uninstall and install Monet Tv again using the given instructions.
